Temecula Honey Company Returns and Refunds

  • You can return products for up to 10 days after purchase for a full refund.
  • Unless defective, products must be in the original condition, undamaged and unopened.
  • We will return shipping costs on defective products, or in the case that we shipped the wrong product.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges of goods must be made through the mail, including a copy of your receipt.
  • You can exchange your product for another like product for up to 7 days after purchase.  Please note: products to be exchanged must be in the original condition, undamaged and unopened.
  • Shipping costs for exchanged items will be the responsibility of the customer.
